Zach and Liv met in the Summer of 2014. They met on Centennial Parkway in Hamilton, seperately on their own missions walking in opposite directions. Their eyes met, their feet halted, and their cellphone numbers were exchanged. They took Liv's duct taped Poniac to their first date at the Drive In, since Zach's vehicle was an Element skateboard. They say "opposites attract", and "time flies when you're having fun". Those sentiments echo true for them. He kept her wild, she kept him safe. In August 2024, the couple celebrate their 10 year anniversary. They've grown together through post-secondary, career development (sometimes in another province), months of continental shift work, house hunting and renovating... In October 2021, they welcomed their loved ones to a housewarming party. Some close friends formed a band for the festivities. Meanwhile, it was going to be much more than a housewarming party, and Liv had no clue. Zach had already approached Liv's parents to ask for their permission. With their blessings, and the backyard band surprising Olivia with "their song" during the party, he got down on his knee to ask for her hand. She kept his gaze, joined on the ground beside him, and replied "Absolutely, I do". They're so excited to start the next phase of their lives together, and can't wait to celebrate with you in October 2025!
